New Statutory Pay Rates – April 2023

There are new statutory rates in relation to Family Leave, Sickness Absence and Redundancy as of April 2023.

Statutory Maternity/Paternity/Adoption/Parental and Bereavement Leave Pay from 2^nd April 2023 – New Rate £172.48 per week

Statutory Sick Pay from 6^th April 2023 – New Rate £109.40 per week

Redundancy

The new statutory limits with effect from 6^th April 2023 – A maximum of £643.00 per week to a maximum limit of £19,290. However, please note this may require more in-depth calculation than paying a flat rate.
