- Prepare HR documentation in the form of checklists, contracts, and other letter template completion.
- Scanning, uploading, and e-filing via GDPR compliant portals of employee documents and company HR-related announcements and policies.
- Prompt you regarding actions related to employment i.e. appraisals or training and registration reviews and updates.
- Attend employment-related meetings as appropriate and type up minutes and other file notes as required.
- Liaise with yourselves and arrange interviews and send candidate information packs out as appropriate.
- Apply for references as necessary and support other onboarding processes.
- Holiday calculations.
- Support with Absence, Maternity, Paternity, and other leave provisions.
- Support or lead, depending on your requirements in the initial data upload to Breathe HR and/or make the day-to-day updates as your employees go through the employment lifecycle.
